When I first saw Etude’s Mini Size U Toner, I can’t help but remember my very first toner as a teenager. Back then we called it astringent and you could only buy the more potent ones when you consult a dermatologist. I was prescribed Clindamycin for my acne which had similar sendimentation with the Mini Size U- when you fail to shake it.
This product is made for those who have oily skin and noticeable pores. It is formulated with fermented Rice Wine sediment and Clove extract to nourish and tighten pores. It also claims “to absorb facial oil and cleanses within pores by supplying micro-sized, oil -control silica powder.”
After a month of using this toner, I did notice that my skin is not that oily and my pores seem to have gotten smaller. What I love about this toner is the refreshing feel I get after every use. But since it is in bottle form, it’s hard to take it anywhere you go. You need to transfer some of the contents onto a handy travel container for this particular reason.
Caution: Some ingredients in this product might cause an allergic reaction to those who have sensitive skin and have a history of eczema. You might want to try another toner specially made for sensitive skin such as Etude’s Pure Joy Toner (PHP 448). However if you don’t have problems of this kind, the Mini Size U might be the toner for you.
Mini Size U Pore Powder Toner is sold at all Etude House branches for PHP 478.
